We assisted plaintiff's attorney in valuing the losses suffered as a result of a health organization's malpractice. We provided an assessment of the losses resulting from the plaintiff's disability. Valuation included loss of wages, profit sharing participation, medical benefits and retirement pension. We also computed the replacement value of the non-market services.

We consulted with defendant's attorney to evaluate the alleged losses of an executive who was mistreated by a physician. We reviewed the plaintiff's expert's report. We provided an alternative to determination of plaintiff's losses including quantification of a post-injury employability analysis. We assisted our attorney in preparing for the expert's trial testimony
